Welcoming up to 12 adults and 4 children, the villa’s six ensuite bedrooms and kids’ room feature sliding doors that open up to panoramic views of the pool deck and expansive lawn. The beautiful bathrooms come with rain showers and sunken tubs that boast garden views for a spa-like environment.

Four-poster beds provide a heavenly resort feel, while two rooms with twin beds are great for friends and siblings. A family room with four bunk beds is particularly kid-friendly and just perfect for slumber parties.

The entire villa can accommodate 12 adults and 4 kids.

The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a covered sitting area by the pool.

Pool 1 measures 25m x 5.4m x 1.5m, and Pool 2 measures 15m x 4.5m x 0.7m, both are chlorinated infinity pools; Pool 2 has a shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are fourteen lounge chairs, four pool umbrellas and eight sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

High-speed WiFi throughout, a Smart TV with cable channels, Bluetooth speakers in all rooms, table tennis at the common area, selection of books and board games, a canoe, and bicycles.

Entertainment

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
