With an emphasis on volume that highlights the importance of an individual, lounge-like experience, the villas boast spacious interiors with low-slung furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows. Other areas to embrace tropical life include the sprawling pool decks framed by coconut trees, and the private, casuarina-lined beach that stretches as far as the eye can see.
With a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, the villas at Coastal Escape Natai are ideal for beach parties with an intimate atmosphere or a lively family get-together set against picturesque beachfront views. Throw a fabulous barbecue party with the help of the villa team, then enjoy slow living indoors with on-demand spa treatments.
Each of the five-bedroom, 700 sqm villas has soaring ceilings with flowing curtains and puddled drapes that are the picture of laidback luxury. Amenities for an unforgettable holiday include a fully-equipped kitchen and wine cellar, plus a barbecue area and private pool bar. The dedicated villa team includes the villa manager, attendants, gardener, driver as well as maintenance and security staff.
Entering your villa, you’re greeted by an all-white living room that nods to modernism with asymmetrical accents and little yet elegant ornamentation. From the coffee table made of birch and polished glass reflecting the poolside area to the wall art featuring copper-coloured banana leaves, the villas are well-decorated with local touches. Another lovely spot is the open kitchen, which connects directly to the outdoor space with a sliding door. Whether you need a microwave oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, or stove top, you’ll find it here.
Enjoy a relaxed start to the day with breakfast at the pool bar followed by meals in the open-plan dining room for 10 people, which fosters conviviality. Besides that, al fresco dining by the pool, which faces the ocean, makes for a welcome change of scene.

Coastal Escape Natai is a modern villa with chic style and interiors and lots of amenities perfect for families or groups getaway.
For Families
Each villa can accommodate 10 guests. Extra bed may be set up on guest request at additional charge.
Capacity
The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an alfresco dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.
Living Areas
The infinity pool measures 15m x 4m x 1.5m; There are ten sunbeds and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
Pool
Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the spa room with massage beds for relaxation. The spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga, and yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.
Spa
On-request chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 40% handling fee. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

Rates
Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check-in and Check-out
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Extra beds are available for all villa. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for each property at USD $50++ per person per night.
Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at each villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
